Screening

With each new project, we conduct thorough assessments to identify and align registered freelancers with the right project.

Talent Testing

Tackle a short skills test designed to gauge your aptitude and compatibility for the current project. Our project managers and linguists will assess your performance, confirming that it meets all necessary project benchmarks.

Agreements & Documentation

Assuming the previous steps were completed successfully, all the necessary paperwork and contractual obligations can be signed in this stage.

Project Start

Finally, it's time to start the real work. This is where you get to shine. You will usually receive the project via email and through our PMs.
