Sunyu Zijin Organizes the 2020 Zijin Innovation and Development Forum

The 2020 Zijin Innovation and Development Forum kicked off at G Hotel Nanjing, Jianye District on November 24. The forum was jointly hosted by Nanjing Municipal Bureau for Market Regulation (Nanjing Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau) and Nanjing Jianye District People’s Government. It was organized by Nanjing Jianye District Bureau for Market Regulation (Jianye District Intellectual Property Bureau), the Management Committee of Nanjing Jianye High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Sunyu Zijin-Nanjing Global Intellectual Property Service Platform.
Shen Jianrong, Deputy Mayor of Nanjing addressed the event. Other attendees include Shi Xinfeng, Director of Nanjing Municipal Bureau for Market Regulation and Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of the Bureau; He Huaying, Executive Deputy Director of Nanjing Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau; Gong Chenglin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jianye District Committee and Executive Deputy Major of Jianye District; Yang Bo, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jianye District Committee, Deputy Major of Jianye District, and Secretary of the CPC Work Committee of Jianye High-tech Industrial Development Zone; and Yu Ning, Vice President of the CPPCC Jianye District Committee.
With the theme of “intellectual property and innovation-driven development of industries,” the forum consists of four sub-forums:
- The Intellectual Property Securitization Sub-forum;
- The Innovation-driven Development Sub-forum;
- The Chips and Communication Sub-forum;
- The Biomedicine Industry Sub-forum.
The forum gathered nearly 350 participants and guests, including intellectual property scholars and experts, representatives of intellectual property services providers and universities, and government officials.
With the support of Sunyu Zijin-Nanjing Global Intellectual Property Service Platform, Nanjing University, accounting firms, intellectual property services providers, and financial companies jointly established the Professional Committee on Services for R&D Institutions of China Intellectual Property Development Alliance during the forum.
The purpose is to comprehensively improve the intellectual property services for innovative organizations, help them strengthen resilience in the face of challenges, and facilitate industrial innovation and upgrades. Shan Jie, General Manager of Sunyu, received a plaque recognizing Sunyu as a “Director-level Member of the Professional Committee on Services for R&D Institutions” from Yu Libiao, Secretary-General of China Intellectual Property Development Alliance.
