What the CSA Research Verified 100™ Measures
CSA Research (formerly Common Sense Advisory) is an independent market research firm that has studied the global language services market since 2002. Its annual Global Market Study is the industry’s longest-running benchmark.
Beginning with the 2026 edition, CSA Research introduced a revised methodology under the newly branded Verified 100™. Companies are now ranked by verified revenue generated specifically from language and global content solutions, rather than by total corporate revenue. CSA Research validates submitted data through consistency checks, comparison against prior-year responses and public records, and direct follow-up with providers.
